HENSLEY, FREDERICK A., M.D., Class of 1975, Birmingham Alabama and Cooperstown, N.Y., on January 14. Visitation in Birmingham will be hled on January 17 from 6-7:30 p.m. with the Vesper Service beginning at 7:30 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 18 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Francis Xaviar Church. Visitation in Coopertown will be held on January 22 from 6-8 p.m. in St. Mary's Church. Funeral Mass in Cooperstown will be held on January 23 at 10:30 in St. Mary's Our Lady of the Lake Church. For more information or to leave online condolences visit www.dignitymemorial.com.
